Our carriers are made for babies from 4 months to 36 months, weighing 3.5 kg to 15 kg. Before 4 months, babies need more head and neck support, so please wait until then. Always keep your baby's face visible while carrying.

Our strollers are for babies from 6 months to 3 years, up to 15 kg. For everyday walks with a reversible handlebar, choose Cabin Cruiser or Joy Ride. For travel and a compact umbrella fold, choose Tag-Along or Happy Trunk. Each product page lists its exact limits.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes across India, and you'll see it at checkout. Prefer paying online? Prepaid orders get an extra 5% off.

Yes, shipping is free on every order across India. We pack orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days in metro cities, 3–7 in other cities and 5–10 in remote areas. You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, parts and any free gift. For hygiene reasons, carriers must also be unwashed. Read the full return policy

Message us as soon as possible after delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. Once we've checked it, we'll arrange a replacement, return or refund for you.

Our hip-seat carriers have a wide padded waist belt, lumbar support and an EPP hip seat that spread your baby's weight across your hips instead of only your shoulders. Adjust the straps for a snug fit, and both moms and dads can carry comfortably.
