This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on Whimsikidz. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned below.

At Whimsikidz, we follow strict quality control and packaging standards to ensure that every product reaches our customers in safe and hygienic conditions. Due to the nature of baby products, we follow a limited cancellation, refund, and replacement policy, as detailed below.

Returns Policy

Whimsikidz does not accept returns under normal circumstances.

  • Products that are used, opened, washed, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after use.

  • Any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy will be strictly declined.

Customers are strongly advised to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated only if any one of the following conditions is met:

1. Product Out of Stock

If the product ordered by you is unavailable or out of stock at the time of order processing.

2. Non-Serviceable Shipping Address

If the delivery address provided by you is not serviceable by our courier partners.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same order using the same mobile number or payment method.

4. Damaged Product on Delivery

Refunds or replacements for damaged products will be considered only if all the conditions below are fulfilled:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is shared with us.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

  • The product must be found unused, unopened, and in original condition after internal verification.

  • Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Whimsikidz reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, within 5 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation before dispatch, customers must contact us via email at:

Cancellation requests received after dispatch or beyond the allowed time window will not be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for approved cancellations or eligible refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

  • Whimsikidz is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.


Mode of Refund

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order.

  • Refunds are processed after verification and usually completed within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer during the refund request.

  • COD refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification.


Replacements Policy

  • Replacements are applicable only for damaged products, subject to approval.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • There is no processing fee for approved replacements.

  • If a replacement is requested with a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
